1 /5 Jessica Arteaga: My account was unknowingly sold to this finance company , I was supposed to recieve a phone call to update my information with this new company that was selected for me without my knowledge; upon speaking with a representative I was not very happy . Never once was i offered my account number so that I could use the online portal to make a payment, the customer service representative was very rude, she refused to process a payment over the phone after I gave her my card details , I was then informed that I would be charged a $6.00 LLC processing fee on top of my car payment before she hung up on me. The representative I spoke with was of foreign decent and not very thorough on anything except her attitude. I highly doubt I will ever make one payment with this company. What happened to America? Such a disgusting feeling.

5 /5 Naomi Tucker: I want you all to know, my first impression of this company was "Horrible!" But I quickly changed that reasoning, - Heres what happened: "The company I bought my Mini Cooper from had turned over their accounts to, "Mid Atlantic Finance Company." When I received notice, I called myself being proactive and mailed my payment due by the 5th, on the 31st so, my bill would be paid early. Instead, I began to get all these A-I generated calls about a late payment, knowing I made my payment in advance. I simply, - dont do late charges! To make a long story short those constant (A-I), calls got on my last nerve! To resolve the matter. I called and spoke to several reps who in turn connected me to a supervisor. Before it was resolved I cancelled my check and paid by card. On two different occasions I spoke to an Account Manager named, "Anyissa," who took good care of me in a timely, courteous and professional manner. During the conversation, I was able to make her smile when I complimented her on her beautiful name..... What makes me so happy is my car is almost paid for and I thank God for that! Remember: "When you call any company to get information or help with a issue, - - "Be Patient, - Friendly and Courteous!" And if possible, - "Say something positive that might just put a smile instead of a frown on the Reps face." A good conversation is always better, - than a Bad one. 1 /5 La Beautè Support: If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with Mid Finance, renting through OKCars, was an absolute nightmare. The company is dishonest, misleading, and clearly only interested in squeezing money out of customers through hidden fees and unclear terms. To make matters worse, I had to deal with Michael Stewart, who was one of the most rude and unprofessional individuals I’ve ever encountered in a customer service role. Instead of explaining the process clearly, he was condescending, refused to answer basic questions, and at one point cussed at both me and my father completely unacceptable and disrespectful behavior. This company and its staff operate with zero integrity. The way they handle customers is nothing short of a scam. I strongly advise anyone reading this to stay far away from Mid Finance, OKCars, and especially Michael Stewart. You will be lied to, disrespected, and robbed of your money. Do not do business with them.

1 /5 Justin Cash: I would caution anyone thinking of selling auto contracts here. In my experience, the process was extremely frustrating. After selling them a pool of deals, I received constant follow-up calls and what felt like harassment over contract details. The ‘bonus pool’ funds that were supposed to be part of the agreement never got released to me, and instead I was hit with repeated claims that I was in breach of contract. I walked away feeling like I got the short end of the deal. If you’re considering working with them, make sure you understand every line of the agreement and be ready for aggressive enforcement — in my opinion, it wasn’t worth it.

1 /5 Isaiah Yocum: My dealership marketed Mid-Atlantic Finance as a “credit builder program”, but they really just sold my account to a debt collection company. I call my dealership to make my scheduled payment yesterday, but suddenly this company is who I will be making payments to? I call today to figure out the details of the account, and after getting transferred through 4 people I’m told “Oh, you’re account isn’t in the system yet, did you receive a welcome call?” Obviously not dumbass that’s why I’m calling you. I’ve read the reviews and I just knew it was going to be some bullshit from the start.
