1 /5 Jessica Arteaga: My account was unknowingly sold to this finance company , I was supposed to recieve a phone call to update my information with this new company that was selected for me without my knowledge; upon speaking with a representative I was not very happy . Never once was i offered my account number so that I could use the online portal to make a payment, the customer service representative was very rude, she refused to process a payment over the phone after I gave her my card details , I was then informed that I would be charged a $6.00 LLC processing fee on top of my car payment before she hung up on me. The representative I spoke with was of foreign decent and not very thorough on anything except her attitude. I highly doubt I will ever make one payment with this company. What happened to America? Such a disgusting feeling.
