Alexis Craig: I have been using A Plus Insurance for almost 10 years and not once have I ever had a complaint. The entire staff is friendly, polite and willing to help when needed. I cannot recommend this establishment enough! Call Missy for all your insurance needs!
    Bristol Insurance Agency - Flint
Lindsay Hartsock: If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolutely a joke and not worth switching to even if your monthly payment is $200 more. Dont make the same mistake I did. Takes forever to reach a human to chat about your policy and their customer service is poor and their management is even worse. They cancelled my policy without me even knowing and caused me to have a lapse in coverage then wanted to quote my double the price to start my policy back up.
Bird Insurance Group, LLC - Dunnellon
    M. B.: Rayna is simply AMAZING! Finally, an agent that is patient and kind, speaks with a smile, and is incredibly thorough. She is an absolute delight. The quote I received was most impressive and Rayna was always available to answer my questions. The Google reviews did not lie about her. She is unquestionably the best in her field. I marvel at her professionalism and benevolence, and appreciate her recognizing my basic worth and value as a person. Her employer has a most valuable treasure, and I will be sure to let them know. Carli Insurance Agency - Lake Mary
Evelyn Anderson: I have used Carli and more specifically, Omayra, in Carli as my provider for insurance on my house and my sons house. They will seek out coverage and we can make adjustments to the coverage to tailor the policy to the exact needs. No matter who I have received quotes from it is always better if I talk to Omayra!
Haven De La Costa Insurance Agency - Fort Walton Beach
Rachel and Tyler Dunn: Ligen was extremely helpful with securing a reasonable insurance policy for our new home. She was kind, prompt, and so informative. So glad to have Haven De La Costa as my insurance company!
    Bristol West - Sunrise
Seth Heggart: They refuse to provide you with an SR-22 if you relocate. I live in Colorado. In Colorado, if you want to get a new drivers license, an SR-22 is required. .... but Bristol policy is that they do not provide it for anybody relocating. They also comped only 400 for a hit and run and covered just three days with a rental. It wasnt until after I got the policy that I was told its a "high risk" agency which apparently sets a different standard for interdepartmental rules and regulations. Had I known that, I wouldve stayed with Root. Root is a phenomenal agency but I thought Bristol had a lower rate. After I signed the initial policy, I was called the following week and was told they needed to add something else on which then jacked up my payments by 80 dollars, rendering them more expensive than Root at that point. There wasnt any point in me switching and I regret this. Ive held a policy with them for just over one year so there has been some time and grace on both sides.

Lisa Gallegos: You would be better off going through everquote to get better rates than to rely on a broker to try to find you a better rate.
