Kaylee is amazing at what she does here - I didnt feel judged at all for coming back 15 minutes later to get a bracelet resized. She really does give exceptional customer service, which makes such a difference for people like me! She is considerate, knowledgeable, and confident in her skill - and because of her, I will be back!

5 /5 T Puls: My daughter and I purchased matching charm bracelets and permanent bracelets while on vacation. Kendall was so sweet to work with. The store didnt have double of all the charms, so she worked with us to order them and ship them to us. There was a slight breakdown of communication with the shipping at the store but Kendall stayed in contact to make it right and get us our charms. We are so excited to make it a tradition to add a bracelet every year when we visit Sarasota!
