1 /5 Tamara Zanvardine: I’m really frustrated. I haven’t been happy with this experience so far and honestly don’t know I have a lawyer. I’ve hired them as my attorney for disability, and I am disappointed with a communication so far. I’ve never once talked to the lawyer - it’s been over a year. My case was denied a few days ago after over a year waiting. The case manager is very sweet and the only person I can get in touch with, but I’ve asked if I could have guidance as to what files I should submit for the appeal for my best results and I was told I could not speak to a lawyer at this time that I don’t only be able to speak when I get denied again and go to a hearing. I was told the lawyer that’s overseeing it now won’t be the next lawyer and he wouldn’t talk to me. I think that’s crazy. Why wouldn’t they wanna win at this point? The only help I’m getting is filing paperwork which honestly Is very easy to do on the portal. What I’m looking for is For guidance and the best chance to win at the appeal level so I don’t have to drag this out another year because it’s already been over a year. I’m really disappointed. Thankfully, my twin sister works at Farah and Farah in another state AND is giving me guidance because she’s worked in disability, but it would be nice to have my own lawyers help me.
