1 /5 John Eugene: I regret wasting my time with Morgan and Morgan. They wasted 3 weeks of time, neither my attorney Monica Cacace or my case manager Emily Fernandez were available to speak to me for those 3 weeks and then they tell me that that theres nothing that they can do. basically they would have had to work to hard for the money. They should be ashamed. Dont waste your time with these big firms, its a money grab.

1 /5 Richard Brophy: They blast commercials so they can cherry pick the easy cases. I called & originally they stated they were taking my case then a week later got a call from one of their attorneys who claimed that although I had a case it wasnt for their firm. Thats because it wasnt a cut & dry case. But I did get a local law firm to take my case, so the moral is dont believe all the hype on the commercials. Check with a local law firm.

5 /5 Susan Weddeke: Morgan & Morgan have always treated honestly and fairly. Jon Durrani has been great. He has always let me know upfront what was happening. I couldnt ask for a better attorney or a better law firm.

1 /5 Dave: I called Morgan & Morgan after hearing their compassionate commercial and Googling to see if they represent people in my situation. I was called at 8:40pm after filling out an online questionnaire earlier in the day. The person that contacted me was nice but clearly not well educated, she transferred me to another person in a different department and this person was also nice and polite but, again, not a mature or educated person. Honestly, it seemed like I was being passed around a video game chat room. After explaining my situation I was told by this very young man that, unfortunately, they are not taking on new clients at this time. Supposedly, the largest law firm in the world is not taking on new clients. I respectfully advise you to contact a law firm that is more local, doesn’t outsource their client contact staff and has a staff that is versed in legal matters. Again, both were very nice and polite but Morgan & Morgan is not personalized group that will handle your case to your satisfaction.
