1 /5 Salai: Getting into a car accident in 2021 was hard enough—but choosing Morgan & Morgan to represent me made it even worse. This was my first time ever needing legal help, and I thought I was in good hands. Instead, it turned out to be one of the worst experiences of my life.
There was almost no communication throughout the entire process. I had to constantly chase them down for updates, and the case dragged on for years. I was passed around to different attorneys, and it felt like no one actually cared. My two main attorneys, Patrick Churci and Nick Smith, were the worst. i felt like my case didn’t matter, and responses took forever—if they came at all. I don’t believe they took my injuries or time seriously.
The only person who showed professionalism and consistency was Zsofia, the paralegal. She was the only one who actually responded and kept me updated. I’m very grateful for her support, but unfortunately, the rest of the experience overshadowed everything.
I followed all their advice, went to all the doctors they recommended, and stayed patient throughout what became a 2–3 year process. And for what? Wasted time, stress, and no real results—except for them making sure they got their cut.
Once Morgan & Morgan is done with you, it’s like you never existed. There’s no follow-up, no care, no appreciation for your time or trust.
I don’t understand how they’re still in business. I would never recommend this firm to anyone—especially not someone looking for real help after something traumatic.
