3 /5 Frank Shaughnessy: Please note that attorney Murphy responded to my positive review by saying shame on me for never having hired him and then reviewing him. I would say that Murphy needs to learn to read critically, like an attorney should. I clearly stated that "I NEVER HAD THE OPPORTUNITY...TO AVAIL MYSELF OF....HIS SERVICES". Understand avail? Means I didnt hire you or use you. And considering that he cant read plain English I never will. Heres the original review. I never had the opportunity, thank god, to avail myself of the criminal defense services of John Murphy. However, as an Irishman Im sure hes an honorable man and dedicated attorney. I see that attorney Murphy responded. Claims I never hired him. Hes right. But he employed a young attorney that trolled me on Avvo. After tiring of trying to deal with the young idiot on Avvo I called Murphy and we discussed the matter. Murphy agreed his employee was out of bounds and the matter ended there. Thats why I bothered to give Murphy a good review. I guess if I ever met Murphy Ill know him by his limping. (old Irish curse) May God bless all here.
