1 /5 Scott RuBright: Based on my recent experience and my girlfriend’s recent experience, neither one of us will be using this business to perform routine maintenance on our vehicles any longer. Took my new truck in for it’s first oil change and tire rotation. Took an hour to perform the work and then I noticed a couple hours later once I got to work that they never rotated the tires. Called the service writer back and he swore they did. Spoke with quick lane service manager a couple days later and he asked me to bring it in, so I took it back, which they took care of no problem. However when it came to the girlfriends car that had been there three times for service since she bought it last year we noticed while looking for a slow leak on a tire that the bolts holding the dust covers below the engine had three broken off bolts. Brought it their attention and was asked to bring it in and they would fix it. Their fix was to leave one broke off bolt still on the cross member and removed two of the snap in nuts from the cross member and install push pins. Only when I brought it to their attention while still on the lift, that I wasn’t going to settle for that, did they agree to order the correct parts needed and they would call me when they came in. Then I noticed that when the car was lifted that the lifting pads on the lift had not been placed in the proper location and folded the rocker panel seam and plastic. Had to have that straightened back out. Overall not a good experience with the Quick Lane Service Center in Starke, FL at Murray Ford.
