1 /5 Kelton Hinton: Wasn’t expecting to cancel my membership, but after today I had to. Long story short I’m getting ready to come in, credentials out to scan for entry and two nice ladies held the door open for me after they verified that I had a pass so I walked into the gym. I was met by the owner Keisha as I’m walking in and she immediately in a aggressive way told me to go back out without any explanation. I had to ask why and she told me that every person has to scan in to account for who’s entering. That’s cool, I would have been more receptive to hearing that in a respectful way from the jump instead of her being aggressive or whatever she thought she was doing and treating me like I don’t pay my membership. Maybe she was just having a bad day or something. However, I will never spend my hard earned dollars where respect and courtesy isn’t given. I immediately canceled and went to planet fitness which is a far better gym anyway with up-to-date equipment for the same price and the Staff is nice and welcoming. Inflation is too high to just tolerate businesses with terrible customer service, especially from the owner. Imagine that…..
