When I sat down with Ryan, he was able to communicate and articulate different options with a lot of patience and guidance. I’m young and not as knowledgeable in this area and I have learned a lot by going through Northwestern. I feel more secure for my loved ones and for my future.

5 /5 Scott Swedberg: I never expected to be told NOT to make an investment with them - but Spencer always has my best interests in mind. He evaluated my full financial situation, which is more complicated than most as a business owner, and helped me understand when advising fees are worthwhile and when they arent. You dont get that level of integrity many places, but you get it from Spencer and now hes the Managing Director of the office.

3 /5 Brandon Bohrer: Be careful when reviewing the policy. Luckily I was able to receive a refund and cancel my policy in time.

1 /5 carol lee: I was cold called. I asked to be taken off the calling list. I was questioned further. I said I was not interested in a financial planner. I was answered with "Interesting... *click*." If I imply and explicitly state Im not interested, I expect an, "okay, thank you/sorry for your time. Youll be removed from the calling list," Not a judgement because you think I dont have a financial planner. Its my own business if I have one that I dont need to disclose to a random third party. If Im on the lookout for an alternative, Ill ask myself. But with this sort of manners, Im certainly going to actively avoid the parent company as well.
