    William Shelby: As with most places dealing with small loans, there are a ton of Hoops to jump through. But, this place is very unprofessional. They have people training and accepting information that have no idea what to do with it. I went down there personally approved for a loan and when I got there the terms of the loan were totally different from what they explain to me on the phone. To the point where the interest rate was going to be 20 + percent. Thats ridiculous. Not to mention they were missing a couple of things, which I was able to pull off of my phone, but those things should have been given prior to the appointment. I just declined and walked out. Made sure to take my copy of my drivers license with me as I left. Do not use this establishment. Not sure about all of these locations but the one on 9 Mile seems really shady.

    Shawn Baecker: Mr. Joel Dunham has been taking care of us for almost 10 years, and I can honestly tell you that he is up with the best of the best. He will take as much time as you need to answer all your questions, his knowledge is superb, and we trust him with our lives, literally. He applies his personal, Godly/Christian standards to his work, and is always honest and forthcoming, and we feel like family when we are in his office. Dont hesitate to at least give the office a call and schedule a time to sit down and get started on your life after retirement. Tell Dianne that Shawn sent you! ;) In reading the other reviews, I dont think its fair that Google allows someone to leave a 1-star rating on someones business without at least 20 words to say why. I cant imagine anyone having a 1-star experience with Joel.

    Jennifer Mosier: Lauren and Brandon were phenomenal throughout the entire process!! I thought I was already building a strong financial profile, but they pointed out so many ways to improve it! The knowledge & skill they bring to the table are outstanding. They kept everything so professional, but super convenient! I would absolutely recommend this company to everyone, especially people who think they already have a strong method in place. I was extremely impressed, highly recommend!

    Donnie Wright: Wish I could give no stars but cant. This review is to Matt (manager) and Kim at the pensacola branch in pensacola. See you in court!!!! You missed one big piece of info. Now onto my review. For 16 months nothing was reported to my credit. Supposedly was doing some update that an attorney has proved to be a lie. Now part of the class action going against them here. Management is a joke up there. People....youll do better going to a buy here pay here lot. My only request is Matt and Kim have charged brought against them too. They have violated many rules thus far. Buyers beware. Stay away from here.
