The guy took it, quoted me 10 days, and it was done in precisely 10 days at an affordable $220. Its running like a top now and came back to me in a nice, cushy little box. Now well see if I can get another 125 years out of it! If you need real *watch work* done and not just a battery swap, dont bother looking anywhere else but here. This is the only guy in Ocala that will do it.
ADDENDUM: Around a week or so after the initial repair, the minute hand fell off the dial which to my understanding was not his fault. Being that it was made while Queen Victoria was still on the throne, it had come loose due to either use, age, or both. Either way, **he fixed it for me while I waited in the span of 5 minutes at no charge.** This guy has a ONE YEAR warranty on his repair jobs and he does good work.
