1 /5 B L: Its June 22nd today. I have been trying to get general liability coverage arranged and all of the required documents sent over to the builder I contract with since July 6th. I have already lost the ability to bid on one community (790 homes) due to Olsons inability to simply get this task completed in a reasonable timeframe. This has cost my family $100s of thousands in potential income.

2 /5 Sonny: Went in early this year to have my taxes done (I had never used them before). I paid to have them done by a professional bc I knew I was going to owe money this time due to a divorce and various financial changes. They told me the amount I owed and I sent my payment to the IRS timely. Then a few weeks ago I got a bill from the IRS for more money. I was so confused so I’m emailed this company to get an explanation . They responded with an extremely short email and no explanation that made any sense. Simply saying that I did in fact owe the money for fees…….. completely inaccurate since I paid the amount I was told I owed way back in April. This additional amount was clearly bc this company messed up on my taxes and didn’t give me the correct amount I owed in the first place.
