1 /5 Chavez: So I called to check up on my application and “Kayla” answered the phone. I asked if she can help me out with my application I applied for online, she rudely replied with “We already have one here for you since Friday, we’re just waiting on you to find a date to come into the office and close the deal”. I said “sorry I must’ve forgot that I had already applied.” she replied with a snarky passive aggressive tone “So you didnt remember the long conversation we had Friday?” You would expect more professionalism from the “manager” which I think she is. Also the only reason I took the time to write all this is because it seems I’m not the first to complain about this particular employee. It’s okay though! I got my loan through Upstart!
