When I tried to get clarification, my agent was unresponsive and unable to answer my questions because she had never written a policy with this company before. Despite multiple follow-up calls and promises to return my calls with answers, I never received a response. The agent later claimed to have called me back, but my phone records show no such attempts.

    M. Luper: Fraud. Do not trust insurance money meant for insurance policies to Richard "Rick" Hopwood. He squandered money entrusted to him meant for our companys Great American company policy. The funds were promised to be repaid. Almost a full year later, over $18,000 has not been repaid. We lost the money. A much trusted partner however is IOA. A top notch company with 20 years of positive support and fair dealings.
