He, as Im sure others with Pacific Jewelry, has been fair and honest with pricing. My latest purchase was a beautiful baguette diamond ring (for Mothers Day). I prong must have been loose and a very small, yet noticeable diamond, slipped out. I brought the ring in for repair and the diamond was replaced, ALL prongs were checked and the ring was polished. All within 3 days! This store is on a busy street and it can be months before I stop to shop or say hello. Alex always remembers us. I appreciate that.

They went out of their way for me to be able to propose the same day as when I found the perfect ring. They made the purchase fast, was able to have sized and even offered to bring the ring to me so she wouldn’t find out. They went above and beyond with top notch customer service. Made us feel like family or as if they knew us for years. We came back the next day for a celebration with Alex. They have a customer for life. They will now forever be my jeweler of choice and I do not even live in Key West.
