Very impressed. We purchased an exquisite vase as a gift for a friend. We purchased studs for my daughter, and she received her ears pierced here. Had my watch battery replaced today while I browsed around. Prices on merchandise and services are comparable to Tallahassee. It is better to buy local. Overall experience is very good. Highly recommend Padgett Jewelers.

We spent a bit of time in there picking just the right necklace charm for my accomplishment. The piece I decided on had to be ordered and was likely a 7 day turn around. To our surprise the piece arrived the very next day and before my graduation. When I picked it up and thanked them they told me that they called he company after ordering to put a rush on it because they could see how much it meant to us. The jeweler is so rude and now, due to the awful work of making my wedding band uneven from my engagement ring, Ive had to continuous go back to have them fix errors. Its been a nightmare. And the staff doesnt care to actually help. When paying a jeweler to create you a ring, you would expect it to be even and matching. Not this place. If you want rude service and crappy work, go try it for yourself. Ill be taking my wedding band to a different place to have them melt this crap down and redone the right way. Dont go here. They dont deserve your business

I brought an entire box of stuff in there and the woman behind the counter checked everything for me and let me know what was real gold and silver and what was it. I feel this is the only place in Ocala where you can sell your gold and silver and get good prices for your stuff that you dont want anymore.
