    Paulina Bahary: My mom was given a gift from Maison Maurice in Palm Beach that wasn’t well made at all. The enamel broke off within five times of wearing it. It was a 14 karat gold charm necklace with blue enamel. She loved it when she got it and was shocked and very upset at how immediately it broke and how few uses she got out of it. She tried to get credit or return the item but the father and daughter who run the business were extremely rude and unreasonable and basically told her to leave otherwise they would call the police, when she tried to explain to them that the item is not well made at all. And that it’s not fair to not grant her a return or a credit or anything at all, given the circumstances. I never leave bad reviews but I think buyers should be warned. My mom had never been treated so badly by a store

I feel we got a very fair price and especially liked how everything was explained ( for value ). I recommend Twerys and will use them again if the need arises!

    Lesly Beltran: Absolutely loved the store and atmosphere, but the jewelry is extremely poor quality. I purchased all 4 items in the store and all of the pieces tarnished easily. I only used each piece maybe 2-3 times and never wet them/showered in them. I spent over $150 on all 4 pieces and Im disappointed. The store does not offer refunds either, so Id recommend buying your jewelry elsewhere.
