1 /5 Sara Broffman: My husband and I went in there today to look for some jewelry for our daughter. Her ninth birthday is coming up and we wanted to start her a charm bracelet. Long story short. There were two store attendees helping other guest. No biggie well the problem is that a gentleman walked in a few minutes after us and was helped before us. Needless to say we left. I was planning on spending a lot of money there. I guess those girls dont work off commission. If they did they would have made a lot of money. If I could give this location zero stars I would. This is not the first time this has happened to us.

5 /5 Quin L: I love dilly dallying at the Wiregrass mall and on this special occasion I decided to get my bracelet and charms cleaned. I met Dani and Jessica who were both super helpful and kind. Their customer service made my simple errand day especially joyful. Will definitely return.

1 /5 Tatiana Laaber: We are very dissatisfied with the service and management of the Wiregrass Mall Store. We purchased a product not even a week ago and it rusted. We came in to see what we could do or if we could get our money back due to us spending a lot of money on it just for it to rust in a week. We were treated very badly by the manager Jessica who said she could only due so much because the store was full when there were 3 people in the store. The Necklace rusted within a week of use!!

1 /5 Valeria Gavidia: The costumer service at this location is absolutely terrible, I bought a ring back in January for my mom, went there to exchange and the bilingual lady, I assumed is Jessica, is absolutely rude and doesn’t have costumer service skills. She claimed she “clean” my ring and let it worse than how I gave it to her. Avoid this location at all costs!

1 /5 Autumn-Nicole McCool: Not happy at all. Just purchased this 2 days ago and it is changing colors. No I didnt get it wet or anything like that. At first the girl going to say we cant give a refund unless it looks new. Um excuse me I just got this 2 days ago its new and fake if u ask me.
