1 /5 juan diaz: Let me start by saying this is the most unprofessional rude owner in this place.He replaced my battery a month ago talking about where is my receipt. Who keeps a receipt on a battery replacement. Broke my watch didnt seal my watch correctly and now the watch leaking had to take to another place. They verify he broke the seal putting back together the watch. This guy and wife was so rude thinking that we were trying to scam them. Then talking to customers like we pulling a fast one. You have been warned never do business with these people. Treated us like we some broke people all we wanted was the watch to be fixed. They dont stand behind they work.

I was really impressed because instead of her and the staff pushing us to buy a more expensive necklace, Gina made sure to show us budget friendly options that were high quality! Every piece of jewelry is beautiful in there and the deals were amazing!! Gina and all of the staff made us feel like family and were never pushy or trying too hard to make a sale. They all made sure we were comfortable and got exactly what we wanted! I will definitely be back to see Gina she is amazing!!!

On a separate occasion my bf took my chain to get fixed but the power was out so card payment couldnt be received. Patrick fixed it and didnt even charge him! For my boyfriends 40th birthday I decided to buy him a gold chain from his childhood jewler. I found the perfect one with their help. I had my Rottweiler deliver his chain on his chain. It was a super special gift and he absolutely loves it and where it came from.

Terina Armstrong: Stopped in on a whim to see what it would cost to get my ring fixed. I had a prong that was bent and the diamond was loose. I was so pleased with the cost, which was very reasonable and my ring looked like a brand new ring when I picked it up. They took the time to shine my ring and clean the diamonds after fixing it. Would 10/10 recommend taking your jewelry to Crown Fine Jewelers. They also buy gold and diamonds.
