I had already spoken to several attorneys about my real estate case. His professionalism and helpful supportive attitude was so important to me in this crisis. I’m a medical Dr and have dealt many times with Attys for my clients and myself. He was extraordinarily responsive to my questions and Concerns and was level headed in court. I especially liked how he was emotionally supportive all the while lending me and the opposing company rational nonemotional solutions. The court outcome was positive. I can unequivocally highly recommend him to anyone who’s lost in the legal jungle and needs a way out. 1 /5 Martin Trost: Unfortunately, it appears to be a fake website. I called the office in Fort Myers because my request via the website was not received. On the phone, they said that they are not accepting new clients. I mentioned that I would like to develop a large piece of land in Bonita Springs, but even then I was given an unfriendly response. They should make it clear on the website that no new customers should contact them. That would save time for both sides.

One of the first things they did when I called was share a guide/checklist of whats needed after a loved one passes away. It provided me with a clear guide of what to expect and what I need to be prepared for. Once I started working with them on the actual estate/probate portion of my fathers estate, I found them to be very friendly and open to any questions. They were great with providing me guidance and really showed that they cared about me, my family, my father and his legacy. They were always available and kept me apprised of what my next steps were.
