I had a hiccup with my insurance in the process (a fault of mine, not theirs) and she was able to get it resolved within an hour before a holiday and even before lunch. I cant recommend her enough. Very friendly office as well which is nice to see nowadays. The whole process was quick both signing up for the insurance and rectifying my mistake and I cant recommend them enough.
