1 /5 Ariel Jardell: Very poor customer service and suspicious behavior. The past 2 weeks, my account has been frauded, and I have had 3 different cards. One I only had for less than 24 hours, didnt even get to use it before my account was frauded again. The phone calls I received and when I called in they were suspicious and unprofessional. No one verified me or my account, told me lies (i.e. they canceled my card, set up extra security on my account, and "set up" a trap to catch the frauder), and added my card to multiple apple pay when I dont even own an iPhone. When contacting and confronting them, they tried to blame me for adding it to the digital wallet when I dont use them and they supposedly set up a features to block up my info from being add (yet another lie). They tried to avoid admitting their mistakes, their faults, and opening up a brand new account for me. Thus, as resulted in a large amount of stress for my family, me, and created a difficult financial situation for us, late on bill payments, and even difficulties buying necessities for my family. I am very disappointed in their actions since I have been a loyal customer until now.
