1 /5 Carmine: Horrible bank if your looking for customer service and friendly people I would not waste your time if you value it just go down road you can get more done with a pre paid account then you would here not only is it still in the dial up error everything is so out dated you can’t even deposit at atm so with that being said it’s going to cost you more with nothing to gain but headaches if you need anything to do with a bank account go to a real bank or credit union

After copying the information off my drivers license they asked for more information such as my social security number, I was kind of surprised by being asked a lot of questions to cash their own check, and felt it was quite an invasion of privacy. They tell me they build the profiles of people who come into cash checks, I do not like being profiled
