1 /5 A Law: Have worked out at at least 5 different PFs & this one in my own town is the most disappointing. Staff turnover seems huge here which is usually a direct reflection of management. The GM at this location acts like a mad teen working a PT job they dont want to be at...unfriendly, speaks to no one & Ive always felt unwelcomed or like Im putting them out when I check-in and especially if they have to stop what theyre doing to check me in for a hydro bed. The rest of the staff isnt much better...motivation and personality are hugely lacking. It didnt keep me from working out, though-I dont choose gyms for personality, and you never know whats going on in someones life that could be the cause of a bad day. But this is more than one staffer having a bad day...its collectively multiple people not representing PF very well. A lot has gone downhill recently. Not sure what exactly changed at this location, but its filthy compared to a year ago. Someone was always walking by with the vacuum on their back or filling up spray bottles and now I constantly see trash on the floor of the locker room, bathrooms and main part of the gym, along with empty spray bottles and empty paper towels, no matter what time of day. I wanted to love this place but after 3 years its time to give my $ & support to a place that appreciates the business.
