Gregory St romain: Honestly the prices aren’t terrible. But what is kinda frustrating is trying to negotiate and they look up what said item is going for online. Right in front of you and say well it’s going for this price Amazon so there’s no wiggle room. Like okay but why are you not just sticking to what’s already listed in YOUR store? Like yeah it may go for that price on Amazon. But if you want a retro game you never go to Amazon. Also please learn the price differences between CIB (Complete in box) or loose copy (just the game by itself.) when pricing your stuff too. It makes a big difference in the price. If you’re gonna look up where it’s selling for elsewhere while I ask for just $5 off sticker price in store and don’t know that you’re looking at places at have them overpriced then why not just sell it on Amazon? It makes no sense really negotiate from your sticker price in store or just idk change the price. Still thankful it didn’t shoot up $10 or more. I ended up getting it for its actual value with no deal at all. It’s just a pawn shop, you don’t have to compete with Amazon prices just what your store standard has set on the sticker. Needless to say, just be more educated on the value of your items and where to get the realistic prices or just sell it on Amazon if you want to get that price. Otherwise though they do have great deals on DVD’s and older sports video games among other things. So I’d still recommend you go, just know if you try to negotiate they might just look it up and not negotiate based on their in store sticker prices.

E: Welcome to the insurance company with probably one of the worst claims dept. in history. You may think What could make them so bad? Did they just never communicate with you? Did they not work the claim? PRECISELY THAT. The person who gets paid as an insurance claim rep (and is assigned to my claim) has spoken to me a total of two times in the past three months and never had anything of value to communicate. I had to get my police report, track down the opposing insurance company, start the claim, work the claim, all the way up until closing BY MYSELF (I believe I deserve my insurance claims representatives wage). If I am doing all this work for my claim, then why is some waste of space getting paid to ignore me? Absolutely pathetic. Whats even funnier is I have notified local insurance reps, and even have direct lines with two district managers in the state of FL for this company. I present to them my silver platter of a claim that I completed myself with the at fault parties insurance company, and theyre still dragging their feet when all thats needed is bills to be submitted so everyone can get paid. No matter how much you save here, this company is not worth the savings.

The best thing is if you lose your debit card you can just go to the bank and ask for a new one. It only takes about 10 minutes not the 5 - 10 business days that most banks make you wait.

Aj Williams: This is a very unorganized unprofessional organization. I got an email to schedule a date for my interview and set it. When it came time for the interview no one called me for 15 minutes. I found the interviewers name and phone number and called. I didn’t get an answer so I texted her. She replied quickly with “ Okay what is the appointment for I kind of forgot”. I reminded her that it was a interview and offered to forward the email that she sent me in the first place. She then replies with “ Of course send me your name because the next step if I have to book follow up meeting for you so that we can go over the email and then let me know youre available lady for today please”. After I sent the email, I texted her and told her i was available now, but then she read my message and never replied. I replied again, she read the message and didn’t reply. I called the main office. A nice woman answered and apologized for the inconvenience, she rescheduled the interview at 7. I get called about an hour later from the original interviewer, and she immediately goes into the interview without introducing herself or confirming if I was who I was. I stopped her to ask her who she was. She confirmed and then tried to ask me more interview questions. I told her that I did not have the time for it now and if she knew it was rescheduled for 7pm. She goes on to say she knew and that she apologized for not responding and proceeded to blame it on a client that she was helping, none of which was communicated to me at all. After that call we were on for 7. It is 7:30 pm right now as i am writing this and she still has not called or texted, or even emailed. It’s a shame, because I could only imagine the poor service that the clients are receiving.
