5 /5 Kiawanthia Ivy: @ Kiara Smith now you know that you are not telling the truth I was up there that day and Mrs linda was trying to ask you about which son and the right name in the right number and you went off on her You said you was coming in from New Smyrna where you was working at and then when you got there You were cursing up a storm at Mrs linda You did not try to hear what she was trying to tell you Mr Porter came in and you was cussing at Mr Porter and he was trying to get things straighten with you then you called your mom and cussing at your mom like your mama had something to do with it now if you going to say something and give a review give the right review and tell the truth about the matter You know you was cussing and cant nobody calm you down not even your mama and yes Mrs linda called you a little girl cuz thats how you was acting just like a little girl grow up Missy now you know the truth I dont know if you was on Flocka Mollys thats the way you was acting You know Mr Porter and then Mrs linda did not do anything and was not mean to you You was cussing them out.

1 /5 Kiara Smith: I’ve been a loyal customer of Porter Financial for years and have even referred several people to their office. Unfortunately, my recent experience was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. A mistake was made on their end, and when I called in to have it corrected, I was met with disrespect from Mrs. Linda. During the call, she referred to me as a “little girl” and was very dismissive. I decided to come into the office to speak directly with Mr. Porter, whom I’ve always trusted and done business with. However, while I was there, Mrs. Linda continued speaking about me loudly and made sarcastic comments like “anyways” while I was trying to express my concerns. The situation escalated to the point where they threatened to remove me from the office, though the police were never called—this all because I simply asked them to fix a mistake they made. What hurt the most is that Mr. Porter, someone who knows me well and has handled my taxes for years, did not step in to make things right. It’s unfortunate to see a business I once trusted allow such unprofessional behavior, especially in a field where accuracy and respect are critical. I will not be returning, and I can no longer recommend this office to anyone.
