I call to make a payment told me I can’t make a payment over the phone I have to go to the branch. I get to the branch they aren’t open until 10pm? What bank opens at those hours. I call them so now we are on day 3 of trying to make a payment. The guy on the phone tells me i don’t know why they told you that. So they wasted my time and money running me in circles, because they can’t train their staff properly and because they create their own hours. Lost all my future business.
