She assisted me with the appraisal of a treasured family heirloom ring. She was kind, attentive, and reassuring, making me feel completely comfortable leaving my ring in their care. She contacted me the very next morning to let me know the appraisal was complete, and I was happy with the very detailed description and thorough evaluation she provided. She was very nice on the phone and said I can stop by and they could take care of it. I got there and spoke to Christine at the entrance and told her I had 2 non-luxury watches to get fixed. She took them and within 10 mins she came back and they were done. While I waited, I was offered refreshments.. I am absolutely blown away by the customer service.
