1 /5 Tammy Mauro: I called with two questions about receiving benefits and the woman who I was stuck talking to was very hard to understand her english and did not answer the one question, instead read me the paragraph the question I had pertained to. The second question she told me she could not answer then asked me if she could help me with something else when she could not help me with what I needed. A different time two years ago, I was called and told they need to meet me about my policy. I took off work, drove 40 minutes away for them to try to get me to invest money, when I told them I do not have money they asked if I had control of anyone elses to invest. Very disappointed in a supposedly top notch company.
