5 /5 Anna Anna: I just hit my “10 classes” mark on my 3 month commitment & am highly recommending this place! The workouts are a serious challenge && I’m feeling my body improving & I love it!!
Every teacher has been welcoming, motivating and encouraging. I appreciate that all the instructors make an attempt to call out names during the classes & also come around and quietly help you get the ideal position for maximum effectiveness. It helps me engage my mind and push through the burn.
It might be a love hate relationship because I am constantly thinking about when I’m going to the next class! Haha
You are required to wear capris or pants and sticky socks. They have some pricy ones there, but Amazon sells them for cheap too.
One negative-ish thing (but I completely understand the reasoning) is if you cannot attended a class, you must cancel 4 hours before or you will be charged & you cannot walk into class late. They do it because there is a limit amount of space per day, so your taking someone’s spot & if everyone just goes online and reserves all the spots but doesn’t show up, there will be no one in classes. Also, they don’t let you in late to not only not disturb the class, but also to help prevent injuries since they have a progressive workout structured to avoid injuries.
So I get a little anxiety to get there on time, but it’s also helping me practice the excellent habit of arriving early!
