    Anne Njogu: Service would be great if there was working internet when in the store. I have no cellular service as soon as I walk in the store. JCPenney provides a wireless network that mostly always shows “No Internet Connection”. Maybe this is a way for JCPenney to deter customers from price checking with competitors? I’m sure other customers would agree that internet service in the store would be beneficial.

    Scoti “Scubi Doo”: Brought my bracelet in to get repaired and I figured it would be next week until I got it back. However less than 24 hours it was fixed and looking perfect. Plus I had an issue with my watch and the gentleman was able to fix it while I was in the store. This is going to be my go-to jewelry store, plus they have a gold bracelet that I like and Ill probably purchase at some point in time in the near future.

    Craig Austin: The Gold and Diamond center is fantastic! My fiancé wanted a sapphire ring for the engagement, which are not super easy to find. I shopped forever; eventually decided to go with Gold And Diamond because I needed a piece custom built and unlike most places they build their own pieces. In order to get what I wanted I bought the stone from them and then they built the ring around the stone. Coy said he wanted to build the ring for me and with all the attention to detail he and his team put into it that definitely seems true. I really couldn’t be happier and feel like they made me a heirloom quality ring.
