5 /5 Trish Sarfert: As a Realtor, I have referred many of my Buyers to obtain quotes from Quinn Insurance over the past 19 years. They are always prompt at getting quotes sent out with little hassle. When my buyers get quotes from multiple companies, I tell them to not only look at the quote amount, but what is being covered and what the deductibles are. They often get lower quotes from other companies, but once they compare, the other companies are usually offering lower coverage or higher deductibles. I have used Quinn myself several times over the years and have current policies with them now. They have excellent customer service and are very knowledgeable in the industry. Any time I have a general insurance question, they are happy to assist.

1 /5 Casey Fletcher: Unfortunately, I would warn anyone away from this insurance company. My husband and I are stationed in Pensacola and chose Quinn insurance for our homeowners policy. After about 2 months in our home we were sent a letter stating our insurance was being canceled in two weeks due to an old circuit breaker panel. We received no other communication besides this letter. We called them ourselves to confirm, and were told if we replaced the panel in time our coverage would continue. We had multiple electricians out to finish the process in time, completing it by the deadline we were given. We then called Quinn to confirm and had the electrician’s company call and confirm the replacement as well. We were told on the phone we still had coverage. About two weeks later we received a check from Quinn for our premium. There was no letter of explanation or any reasoning behind the check. When we called we were told it was due to our hot water heater needing to be replaced. We were given no notice about this on any of the written communication (which we have saved) nor were we told this on the phone. When we cited the letters sent that did not state this, we were told people in the office were sick at the time, so they didn’t communicate effectively with us. This is despite them being able to discuss our other issue. Completely unprofessional. We were left uninsured without even knowing it by this company. We were offered no help or anyway forward. We have closed out our account and gone with a different provider.
