    Jennifer Shiver: Absolutely worst customer service! I am on policy and had my son give them permission to handle issue. They kept saying he might need to stay on phone in case they needed more, even though he was on lunch break. They randomly added his minor sister to his policy, said they would non renew his policy unless he did an exclusion, and said he would not get any refund from the date the person was added. This person does not have same address nor drive his vehicle, even has their own insurance, but yet they said they deemed it a person to be added. I asked to speak to a supervisor and do a survey, at which time the person in underwriting hung up.

    Amy Phillips: When I first connected with Joe, the experience and communication was top notch. We are on our third home owners renewal with his company and we’ve been put in a position to where we’ve had to move to a new agent, due to his lack of communication. Early January I received my March renewal and started engaging about shopping the policy or adjusting our coverage (coverage came back nearly 200k over what other agents quoted us). I was trying to be proactive about making adjustments to our policy before the check left my escrow account and all contact attempts failed. Now that I have a new policy in place with a new agent (second escrow check cut) I’ve not been able to get ahold of Joe or anyone operating the general email box for his agency to process my policy cancellation. I’m on my third attempt to cancel and engaged SageSure, who then instructed me only the agent can cancel my policy. At a total loss of how to cut ties and get our refund for a policy I never agreed to renew.
