4 /5 Lisa Moore: I love credit unions. I have been with Radiant (formerly SunState) since my teens. Real time transactions, easy app and pleasant helpful staff. I didn’t give 5 stars due to changes in getting a loan. It’s no longer a walk in and talk to the locals. You will receive a phone call instead and I’m not sure they look at the other loans you have had and paid off and how established you are. Otherwise LOVE my credit union.

Nancy A: The service at this bank as dropped to an F rating - since the Sun Trust merged with BB&T they have totally given up on any semblance of assisting customers. Wait time is over 60 minutes when you call and then you get disconnected. When going to the bank in person there could be many folks waiting to be helped. Wait time could not be estimated. Cut off my debit card without notice (over 2K in acct). Time to move on.

Lucas M: I deposited a check on the 23rd they wont clear the money till the 2nd thats way to long to wait and nothing i can do but wait I called and they wont release the money any sooner and i cant get the check back I didnt know it was going to take that long I figured a few days or I wouldnt have deposited it this us ridiculous i will be switch after the check clears

Jasmine Lee: Catholic Charities is the worst in Arcadia. I tried to get help with my water bill twice and the guy seemed uninterested in helping me. I went a couple of days trying to get help with rent I ever heard back. These people are supposed to be Gods people. I dont recommend anyone going there.
