I have the call log information on my phone plus my wife has on her phone)) today9/16/22 I was finally able to get a hold of Hyman he claims hes the owner of the agency he was very rude and unapologetic for avoiding us.. 12 years we have been with this company and weve never had a claim or anything to that sort all we were calling for was information on our up coming renewal and got treated very poorly by Hyman and rain insurance

I recently bought a new car I called over a week ago to get the quote on my new car Donna answered and couldnt be bothered to tell me what the quote was.
