My wife and I have been waiting for our refund check as our account was obviously over paid and every time I call they say “you just have to wait patiently as we can’t track these things.” They charge for every day they lend money but they have the right to withhold our funds for almost a month now with no interest or accountability? STAY as far away from this company as possible!!
