They helped me immediately after my car accident (T-boned while sitting at a red light!) especially when the other driver’s insurance company treated me as if I had done something wrong by slow rolling getting me a rental car or having my car’s damages estimated. After 2 weeks on my own - car-less and unable to get to work - I went to Mr. Reeder. Less than a day later, I had a rental car and repair estimate scheduled. The team at R&N walked me through everything step by step. I could not have made it through my recovery and entire process without them. Since then Mick and I have met a few times to review the case and he has consistently kept me updated via email and phone calls.
