5 /5 Shari: I saw a beautiful pair of sterling silver earrings in the window and went in the store to try and buy. Vinny helped me and he was wonderful. He took very good care of me and offered to clean my wedding ring. In addition, he showed me a plastic gadget used to size my ring so I don’t need to have it made smaller. I am much happier with my ring now and am no longer concerned that it will fall off my finger. My experience with this store and Vinny were excellent. I will definitely come here again when we return to St Augustine. Their jewelry is gorgeous.

5 /5 Brady Silverwood: Stumbled upon this gem of a company (pun intended) on my recent visit to ST Augustine! Vinny was fantastic. He shared all the wonderful history behind the jewelry and I was most fascinated by the very very old coins they repurposed into jewelry. I won’t give it away, go check it out for yourself. These are coins that are thousands of years old that would have been used during the life of Jesus. Pretty special. Anyways the service was above and beyond and I’m very blessed I walked in! Thanks again Vinny!

They were finished within the hour that was anticipated. I highly recommend this as a great souvenir and keepsake. Prices were reasonable at $42 per ring.

Derek Scholz: Went to the store just to window shop. Saw some items and needed different sizes. Fortunately Brelyn was a major help for us. She went above and beyond for us going back and forth from the back going on the ladder multiple times. Answering all our questions and was super knowledgeable about the store. Even recommended similar items when our sizes were not available. Also offered the fitting room. Would 100% shop at this Earthbound again especially if Brelyn was working. Really made the trip and we found a lot of new outfits.

MB JKLM: if you look at the low star reviews 90% of them are about the customer service. please do better on how you treat your customers. was having a great day shopping at every store in that area and all the other shopkeepers were so pleasant, but upon checking out at this establishment it was apparent that that is not a quality this establishment possesses. absolutely embarrassing that even google says you are known for your poor service.

Brian: Probably the worst jewelry store I’ve encountered. We bought a necklace which my wife wanted to exchange for another after one week of purchasing it. We were told that was against their policy. We kept it and now after one year it’s completely tarnished. I will never go in this store again and suggest you don’t either. Fake jewelry for an extremely high price.
