1 /5 Linda Barnett: READ THEIR GUARANTEE CAREFULLY! All they have to do is take your money and plead no contest. I retained Rhino to represent me when I received a ticket. I explained at length that I was NOT GUILTY of the violation and had a witness and recording or the incident. Terry told me he understood and had taken notes. I waited for them to help me. A few weeks later I received a message to check the portal for news. The news was they plead no contest and I have to pay all the fines and take the class just the same. Since they advertise no fee if they lose then they would surely refund my fee? Nope, they consider this successful. Taking my money to plead no contest is NOT what I asked or paid for! I could have plead no contest myself if I had wanted to do that! Net results = 1. I lost the chance to prove my innocence, 2. Paid an additional $145 fee on top of my ticket, 3. Am receiving spam like crazy, because they sell their "client" list. DEFINITELY NO WINS HERE. I TRIED TO CONTACT THE OWNER AND LEFT HIM A VOICE MAIL PRIOR TO WRITING THIS REVIEW.
