1 /5 Annette Wilson: I cannot endorse this financial planner. It can be normal to have questions about finances. Also it’s difficult to trust people after 2008 and the scandals. You gives these people you SSN and total access to your bank accounts and investments so trust is very important. When trust is broken, it’s important that the organization helps to mend those areas. I have asked basic questions for open communication. They missed an appointment and and did not communication via text or email that the meeting was canceled. Although I could have easily moved on, I think it should have been easy to acknowledge that they could have been better or acknowledge that they may have not been thoughtful of my time. Instead the organization just deflected, and never acknowledged the missed meeting. I also asked the company to responded that why it took them over 4 months to follow up about transferring funds. When a 3 way call was finally initiated it seem like the problem was resolved, but it took Rick’s organization almost 4 months to complete the follow up. Unfortunately, I don’t have a response from the company as to why they’re delay. Instead, I received an email stating that I would be served better from a “local advisor”. A local advisor is not going to change how Rick and his organization responded. Rick came recommended from a friend however I would not endorse this company and I would not waste my time personally in the future with this company. Although it probably serves me best that I look for a different organization for my long-term investments I hope that you too can avoid the frustrations I experience. If you’re inquisitive or have questions, this is not an organization or financial planner for you. Interesting how when you ask a company to respond, their responses to just fire you / Transfer you.
