1 /5 Super Flag girl: Couldn’t replace stud they sold defective. Purchased matching gold studs for me and my mini twice. Last purchase was fairly recent. When I attempted to wear the stud, the post shrunk into the stud and was defective. I returned to the store soon as conveniently possible. I explained the situation. I asked if they could fix it or replace it. The lady with the purple hair said “we sell them in pairs”. Said it couldn’t be fixed because it was hollow. She then communicated with a man and another woman employee. The man then began to alter it. The end result was some botched work, I wouldn’t put in my enemies ears. Won’t be shopping here again. It was easy to take my monies and give me defective products. It was difficult to make good and fix your wrong. Would you present such work to your love ones? If I could insert photo, I would.

1 /5 Mia Gunz: I went to this establishment and was sadly disappointed. I bought a princess cut diamond ring. I was visiting from out of town and they were supposed to mail it to me once they downsized it. I never received it. They changed their phone number and never communicated as to why. My review still stands and i will bot remove it. I tried to communicate with the owner prior to the review and he was confrontational.

1 /5 Sindy Ramirez: Please save your time and money ! These people don’t care about anything . I came here to get my bracelet fixed came to pick it up and it was worse with stains and bent as well . Especially the lady with the purple hair horrible attitude and customer service . She clearly didn’t make the situation better started yelling and getting out of character for no reason and told me to go somewhere else across the street ? Like really . Whatever you do avoid this jewelry at all cost ! Not worth it
