Very friendly and personable. 10/10 would recommend. I have had a few rings sized here and my mom is always going in for a fix or something new. I am currently waiting on my wedding band to be sized up. Also Rocky is just a genuinely nice person. He remembers you and seems interested in talking to you as a human as opposed to a customer.
