1 /5 Angela Wells: Terrible! Never answer the phone. Nerver return calls. Paid for a new policy but a policy was never made. Had no insurance, and no one knows where my money went. Its been well over a week and no one has yet to return a call or email or money. Frauds stole my money

When Farmers Insurance made the decision to leave Florida, Sandra Williams Agency stepped up and made sure my home was covered with a comparative value of insurance that covered everything Farmers insurance covered for me in the past. 2 /5 M MWS: UPDATE: Great customer service didnt last. Rates kept increasing although we didnt have any tickets/accidents. Agent was non responsive when I had problems with the app. They only removed the discount for having it. Calls were never returned. Changed providers. Great customer service! Better value than my previous provider that service a lot of veterans and active duty soldiers. Im very pleased with everything!
