    Penny Boyer: Snarky, condescending, confrontational and incompetent loan officer Lindsey Reddish has destroyed our family’s 30 year relationship with Cap. City. My young daughter’s first home loan was denied- for reasonable cause- but only after five months, pre-approval, $2710 of my child’s money invested in inspections, appraisals, and deposits and week after week of constant reassurance from Lindsey that this was a done deal- she was notified 9 days before closing. When questioned (politely but directly) how this could happen, Lindsey said she had to end the discussion or she would lose her professionalism. While informing my daughter of the denial- there was no apology, no empathy, no accountability. Funny enough, the next bank we went to was able to tell us the same thing within 48 hours and zero money lost. The loan decision is not the problem. I could even forgive her incompetence. I cannot forgive her attitude. Defensive, aggressive, accusatory. Honestly the worst customer service I’ve experienced in my 50 years.

    Anna Gibson: Amazing staff that all go the extra mile to help you. We have had 3 different closings here and all 3 were easy to accomplish. Angie was especially great at getting all the paperwork completed for the closings mentioned above and she also helped me with another real estate issue which required many different iterations of the final document. We have another closing in the future and we will continue to use their services. Highly recommend.

    Richard Mullen: Used them for years across 3 other states, 2nd year in a row we have had problems with this location first year they were 30 min late to an appointment we made a week ahead of time only reason we came back was taxes were done fast and the preparer was apologetic. This year however they were an hour late to our Mondy morning 11AM appointment, the guy who showed up could hardly open the door and he said he could not do our taxes a few minutes later the lady who tried to do our taxes showed up and from the get go had problems. First their scanner wouldnt work with their web site so they made copies of my paperwork then they input my info they said we owe, that sucks but whatever...around this time a lady came in as a walk in. We paid and as soon as the payment left our account their system froze they called tech support and were told to restart the computer when they did our tax forms were deleted. She than said it would have to be redone and that she needed to help the other lady, about 10min. later she said if we wanted to wait at home she would call us to return and sign this was around 1pm. I called around 2 then again around 3 and also 4 with no answer. Had to call their 800 number took about half an hour to reach a person after about 20 more minutes on the phone was told to come back the next day, my wife had to work but I was assured she could remote sign and that my tax prep would be free. The next day a new lady was in the office very apologetic and friendly she said the tax prep would be free and my wife should be able to remote sign we were also told the 2 people from the first day were fired. We went in the office together and it was a mess my paperwork was spread out between an unsecured file cabinet, the top of the desk they used the day before, and some of my paperwork was next to their printer, some still in the scanner. It looked like everything was there but who knows in the end my wife was unable to remote sign and we didnt receive one red cent as a refund or discount for our inconvenience and we had to return Saturday in order to sign and file our taxes. Side note I complained to their corporate customer service and the only thing I received was an apology and they sent me a survey in which they adressed me by the wrong name, how dose that happen when they have my file open and my first and last name are part of my email address. Any way I finally signed and got the taxes filed but because of this experiance would not recomend useing them for anything.
