At all times we found Brent Carpenter to be extremely patient, knowledgeable and very accessible. Hes really good at explaining complex processes and choices. Gary Lefever: It seems the folks here dont intend to actually sell insurance. I had gotten a quote for home owners insurance online. The quote was then forwarded to Anchor, they were to follow up with me in a couple days. I never heard from them. I ended up calling to continue the process. They said they needed some documentation. I provided it and have not heard anything back. Im not going to bother reaching out again. If the cant be bothered to sell a policy they will be terrible when its time to make a claim. Stay away from this place.
