Christina Simmons: I had fallen out of any kind of fitness routine for a while and was really nervous about trying to get back into it. I’m SO glad I found Peach Beach! The classes are fun, easy to follow, while being challenging in the best way! I have on scale victories but my off scale victories are my favorite, I’m more confident, my mood is better, and I’ve fallen in love with fitness again. The instructors are amazing and everyone I’ve met in the classes has been great. I love my fitness fam! -Cricket

F45 Training Murabella - St. Augustine

Cari Gravley: I am new to F45 and have found my home gym. F45 is the perfect mix of fun, challenging, and efficient workouts! The trainers are motivating and always there to help with form and modifications. The sense of community here makes it easier to stay accountable. I also love how they have screens showing the exercises, which makes it easy to follow along even if you’re new. Highly recommend for anyone looking to achieve their fitness goals in a supportive and dynamic setting.

Atlantic Beach & Tennis Club - St. Augustine

Paul Canavan: Exercise machines in gym is old and not very safe most of them. I did not play the tennis courts. They appeared well maintained and were busy. Overall the gym needs an overhaul. The location to the beautiful beach is great. The suite itself was nice, except that the dish washer did not work. The person at the front desk of the managing company was not helpful. She advised that we had to pay for a tv representative to come out since we used streaming, the problem was is the incorrect tv control was provided as the correct one was stored in the kitchen cupboard. She was not helpful. You will have to supply all your own paper products except the starting supply. I never had to do that prior to this.housekeeping was very helpful, Sterling and his wife were excellent. Would I stay here again, yes. I now know what to expect.

Brenda Turner: My experience with Pilates club in Saint Augustine was very positive. The place was clean. The instructor was very thorough. It was a great workout. Unfortunately for myself I have a titanium elbow and I just could not do a lot of of those Pilates moves. Since starting my training with Josh Ive dropped from a size 12 to 6/8 and and have kept it off (Yay!), my friends comment about how much more energetic I am, my brain fog has disappeared and Im in the best condition of my life! Josh has a passion for helping people and it shows whether youre a personal training client or attending classes. And, I love coming into the gym! Its a warm, friendly with lots of encouragement environment. Clients and trainers are all super nice, no judgement here!

Fighting Chance Fitness - St. Augustine

Cameron Slayden: I started training at fighting chance a long time ago, having just moved to the area and having substantial previous experience with a Japanese form of jujitsu. At the time, the skill and knowledge of the instructors was amazing. I was so impressed that I enrolled my children and had them practice for many years while I participated as an adult. I was encouraged to compete, and I did, and I took home medals, but what I really gained was a team that felt like a family. Over a decade later, the only thing that has changed is that there are even more practice times and competent black belt instructors, every one of them looking out for the students health and best interests, and pushing each practitioner to be their best. I myself went from white belt beginner to black belt at Fighting Chance, and so I can speak to the whole journey. Its not easy, but with the welcoming, family atmosphere, practicing here is a joy and I would have changed nothing about my whole experience. Add to that the Muay Thai, pistol and other self-defense offerings, If you live within range of the school at least giving it a try is a no-brainer.

Garage Hot Pilates - St. Augustine

Malerie Misenar: I am OBSESSED with this studio. I moved here from Charleston 2 years ago, where there were so many boutique fitness places. When I moved here I missed that so much until Zoe opened up Garage & now Im hooked until the day I die. The classes are all so fun, the space is clean & beautiful, the atmosphere is everything I was missing. The instructors will kick your butt in the best way possible. There is not a single person I dont recommend this place to.
