1 /5 Rituja Shah: I got a very pretty looking hair clutch which had a metallic finish with diamonds on it. It looked fine when I bought it. As soon as I opened the packet, the entire thing broke into several pieces. This is truly disappointing since I had been looking for such a piece for very long and it cost me 14$ for it :(

If you know someone that likes earrings and you want to get them something, come here! Their products last a long time and their customer service has always been excellent for me.

1 /5 Judy Dab: Unwelcoming and bad customer service. Too much stuff that looks so cheap . Fist time visiting St Augustine. The lady at the shop there kept staring disgustingly at us and that made us feel uncomfortable without asking if we needed help finding something we then left buying nothing. Found another shop and got some good stuff afterwards.

Derek Scholz: Went to the store just to window shop. Saw some items and needed different sizes. Fortunately Brelyn was a major help for us. She went above and beyond for us going back and forth from the back going on the ladder multiple times. Answering all our questions and was super knowledgeable about the store. Even recommended similar items when our sizes were not available. Also offered the fitting room. Would 100% shop at this Earthbound again especially if Brelyn was working. Really made the trip and we found a lot of new outfits.

MB JKLM: if you look at the low star reviews 90% of them are about the customer service. please do better on how you treat your customers. was having a great day shopping at every store in that area and all the other shopkeepers were so pleasant, but upon checking out at this establishment it was apparent that that is not a quality this establishment possesses. absolutely embarrassing that even google says you are known for your poor service.

Brian: Probably the worst jewelry store I’ve encountered. We bought a necklace which my wife wanted to exchange for another after one week of purchasing it. We were told that was against their policy. We kept it and now after one year it’s completely tarnished. I will never go in this store again and suggest you don’t either. Fake jewelry for an extremely high price.
