I can say everyone is here to make themselves and others better, something rare and something we need more of! People from all different levels of athleticism with different goals. After covid I couldn’t find any motivation to stay active at a regular gym and thanks to Orange theory I’ve been able to stay more consistent and go every week at least 3 times a week. It’s been a few months and I feel much better, I’m not as tired, I’m more active and definitely feel better with myself. Thank you so much to all the coaches and staff, you guys are amazing!

Stephen Williams: Smaller than the gym in both the main Jambo House building, and in Boulder Ridge at the Wilderness Lodge. Less well equipped, but still clean and well maintained. In particular, the cable machine was missing quite a few key attachments to make it suitable for a full workout.

Melenie: My daughter loves her experiance at SportsRock. The coaches seem very invested in the developement of the gymnasts. They are kind and welcoming. Its a place my daughter loves to return to every week.
