1 /5 Nope Nope: Willfully negligent to Florida chapter 119. Refused to request video footage of me being tortured under the guise of a conflicting story from the officers. Refused to request the video as a safe proxy. This call I made to him resulted in extra illegal charges from Santa Rosa county. This is a honeypot. The lawyer proceeded to gaslight me about how I’m just trying to get paid when I was tortured and strangled within inches of my life.

Nothing happens over night but a dream. In anything in life you have to have patience or you will quit and give up on everything you do because things dont move how you want them to move. If I call n dont get a call back I dont worry I call back.. n have to understand Im not the only case they handle.. The law firm has been used by myself and a few family members over the years with successful results each time

1 /5 null null: He called the police directly about my civil rights case instead of requesting the video of my being “tortured” as the officers called it and strangled. He called the sergeant to warn him about the lawsuit instead of conducting any real investigation. This guy is not a safe bet.(because of this lawyers fraudulent actions, the jail staff forged paperwork that got my license suspended along side the street officers breaching qualified immunity to arrest me. I was completely setup after relying on him to handle my civil rights case.)

1 /5 Jason Johnson: Just spoke with Daniel Soloway, not very impressed with his legal advice. Im a legally blind individual I was assaulted in a parking lot in my apartment complex with no lighting where I was robbed the $55 and he says no one will take my case because 55.00 my attorney fees will be more than this. Sorry its not a multimillion-dollar case Im sorry I wasnt shot in the head and Im sorry I wouldnt stabbed. I do have a police report the police have known that many incidents at this complex but you didnt want to hear that because you over talk to me way to treat a legally blind person
