Ive only ever done deposits and withdrawals so I dont know how they handle other inquiries but again, theyve always been really nice to me.

1 /5 sharon Retired: Kristen screwed me over after the recent death of my spouse. They are holding ALL accounts, including PODs and will not payout just because we also held a home mortgage there, which is not in the rears. The combination of ALL business with there is more than likely GREATER than a payoff would be anyway!! I can only say I am very dissatisfied and have turned them over to my Legal experts. Consumer Beware....do your banking elsewhere!

1 /5 Evelyn Langes Gammage: Been with this bank now for several years after relocating back to brevard. During this Covid they claim to offer help by offering the hero auto loan or refinancing for first responders. I currently have an existing loan with them for 2 years now. Never a late payment or issue with my accounts. My credit score met the requirements for the loan but my debt to income ratio was to high. Due to student loans and they actually are counting utilities that have also never been late because I used Experian boost and they said utilities would boost credit score. I do have students loans and all are current. So I am confused you would rather act as crooks and charge me higher interest rates cause I have proven faithful in paying my bills but consider me a risk for a lower interest rate which would make the payments lower for me so if someone can pay you well over 400 bucks a month for 2 years and my debt to income ration has been the same for 15 mths of the loan due to homeownership now. Do you not think I would pay 367.00. You are just crooks in my eyes now. So much for honoring your heroes.

5 /5 Dan Smith: What a great staff. I actually enjoy going to see them. When they were closed, I hated going to the Port Malabar branch. Drive thru or walk in, HATED it. This Branch is the BEST ever.

Rhonda: Babcock and Palm Bay Road location: The people that work here are very nice. My ONLY complaint for this location is the ATM service. Many of us rely on the convenience of the ATM as we cant get to the bank during their regular operating hours, thats why ATM function is so vitally important for alot of us. I rely ALOT on the "deposit" function. Cant use it 80% of the time though if you get off later from your job. I had a conversation with one of the associates over the phone because it was very frustrating for me after numerous TRIPS trying to make a deposit later in the day. She stated that its because of businesses that do many night deposit "drops" which in turn, shuts down the "cash deposit function". It only allows "check" deposits at this point. One positive about their ATM function is (when its accessible), you can take out quite a bit of money in one transaction and the Lobby opens up for several hours on Saturday.

After waiting 10days called and was told a new debit card had ever been ordered. TERRIBLE service. I would recommend never using Wells Fargo. Try another bank
